Little Giant’s Model APCP-1700 Pool Cover Pump automatically turns on in 2″ of water and deactivates in 1-1/2″ of water. The pump comes with a permanent-split capacitor (PSC), low energy consumption, 1/3 HP motor that is mounted within the unit.
